1. Managing staff

Add each team member with their name, short bio or notes, and invite email. They sign in with Google to accept the invitation.

Once accepted, they appear in your Team section and can manage their own schedule.

2. Defining working days

Set active days and time ranges. Zimun: Appointment Scheduling & Booking Software only offers slots when their schedule says “available”.

If someone is away, update their availability or add an override so clients don’t see those slots.

3. Assigning services

Choose which services each person performs. If they are not assigned, the slot never appears to clients, preventing mismatched bookings.

4. Managing resources

  • Owners: full control of settings, services, resources, invitations, documents
  • Members: personal profile and schedule only (Team section)

Owners can still step in to edit a member’s schedule if needed.
